If you want to return a defective/wrong product, which was sent by Gift Deals mistake, then we will arrange a pickup of defective/wrong product from your place in this case you will not need to bear any additional charges for sending the items back to us.
If you want to return a product which you don’t like or due to size issue in this case you will need to send the items back to us while you will bear the cost of sending products to us. However, the cost of sending the exchange items back to you will be borne by Gift Deals.
If you want refund for your order then first you will need to send the items back to us. After verifying the items are unused and in same condition as we sent them we will process your refund request after deducting our service charges which are 20% of the order total amount.
You will get refund after deducting service charges via either Easy Paisa or Bank Account whichever suitable.
